A Local Team Built on Trust & Results

I’m Mars Shabazz, founder of Shabazz Solves Hosting, born, raised, and rooted in Washington, DC.

This company was built from the ground up to serve people like my own family, everyday homeowners who worked hard to keep their property, only to face rising costs, unclear laws, and the constant pressure to sell. I saw how gentrification was pushing out the very people who built the soul of DC, and I knew we needed real tools to fight back, not just talk.

We started with short-term rental support, helping families earn income without selling their homes. But what we saw was deeper: most homeowners didn’t just need marketing tips, they needed legal help, contractor connections, tenant support, and someone to walk them through the process.

That’s why we’re building something bigger, a local support system that meets people where they are. Not everyone wants to become a landlord. Not everyone can afford a full-service property manager. But everyone deserves to keep what they’ve built.

Whether you're navigating probate, dealing with squatters, unsure how to price a room, or just overwhelmed, we’re here to help you stay rooted, earn income, and protect your legacy.

We don’t answer to big investors or out-of-town companies. We answer to our neighbors.

And we’re just getting started.

Support for DC Homeowners Is Coming

We’re building an affordable membership made just for DC property owners, one that offers legal help, contractor access, tenant support, and real human guidance to help you keep your home and grow income.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed with repairs, legal questions, or managing tenants, this is for you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Who is this membership for?

This membership is designed for DC homeowners — especially longtime residents, seniors, and families who want to hold onto their homes, reduce stress, and make the most of their property without selling or doing it all alone.

I already live in my home. Can I still benefit?

Absolutely. Whether you're living in your home, renting part of it out, or managing a second property — we provide support to help you manage it better, legally protect it, and explore ways to create income.

Is this just for Airbnb or short-term rental hosts?

Nope! While we have experience with Airbnb, this membership goes way beyond that. We support all types of property owners — whether you're renting, managing tenants, living in the home, or just trying to figure out your next move.

What do I actually get with membership?

You'll get access to:

Monthly live strategy Zooms

Legal referral help for things like squatters, probate, and foreclosure

Rental templates and screening guidance

Contractor and cleaner referrals

Personalized property income strategies

Real customer service and hands-on support

How much does the membership cost?

We’re still finalizing pricing — but it’s designed to be affordable and accessible, especially for DC homeowners who’ve been left out of traditional support systems. Joining the waitlist is free and gives you first access when we launch.

Is this a one-time service or ongoing support?

It’s ongoing. Our membership is built for continued support, so as challenges come up, you’re not left alone. Whether it’s your first repair or your fifth tenant, we’ve got you

What makes this different from property management companies?

Most property managers want to take control and charge high fees — often for one-size-fits-all solutions. We’re DC-based, community-focused, and people-first. You keep control, and we offer help that fits your goals, not ours.

How do I join?

Easy! Just click the Join the Waitlist button to be the first notified when we open up access.
